Bob McDonald enjoys a diverse career across many artistic disciplines, including musical theatre, opera, and the concert stage, as well as his job as baritone, announcer and NCOIC (non-commissioned officer in charge) of The United States Army Chorus.

Bob’s history with IOB goes back a full generation to his father (William McDonald) who sang with the opera in its first decade of performances. Bob has performed in several IOB productions most recently as emcee, stage director and baritone in the fall 2010 production of “BRAVO!” a concert of opera favorites. Bob’s other appearances with IOB include, Papageno in the 2007 production of The Magic Flute, Pooh-bah in The Mikado (2006) and the Pirate King in Pirates of Penzance (2005).

Accompanist Kenneth Christensen, nationally certified teacher of music and pianist, has appeared as a soloist and collaborative artist throughout his home state of Montana as well as the Pacific Northwest, Midwest and Southern California. As a collaborative artist, Mr. Christensen has performed with internationally renowned singers, the late Jerome Hines and Pablo Elvira from New York’s Metropolitan Opera Company.
